Quinn Shemet

Zach Barryte and Rachel Bowens-Rubin have been writing together since 2011, when they collaborated with other MIT alumni to write an original musical about the MIT student experience called Hack, Punt, Tool. In the summer of 2017, they combined their talents in fire spinning and playwriting to produce the show Yaoi!!! on Fire with the MIT Spinning Arts Club.  Since the group's founding in 2018, Rachel and Zach have been members of Catalyze Playwriting at CST to create 10-minute science fiction plays to accompany Central Square’s Theater’s main programming. This is Zach and Rachel's first collaboration with Quinn Shemet. Quinn wrote the OkCupid Bot featured in HadalyGirl as an undergraduate at MIT and is now working around the globe as an electrical engineer.
